Passing Through (Moulamein)

Between here & there; lately it's been about transition & relocation. There have been overland trips between my existing home & the as yet unknown new one in SA.
I am observing through the windscreen along the way. There is a memory from such a trip earlier in the year when we made a quick stop by the side of the road near Moulamein. I am thinking of the scrubby landscape, the colours, the calmness & sounds of the bush. It is much greener this time because of all the rain & it softens the country.
The name Moulamein is derived from a local Aboriginal word meaning "the meeting of the waters". The town is located at the junction of the Edward River & Billabong Creek.
